William Bottom of King William parish 1732

The vestry book of King William Parish 1732 and 1733 lists William Bottum/ Willeam Bottom. On the list of tithables of 1732 he is listed separately with one tithe due. He is listed after John Harris, Will Harris, and Fillis owing 3 tithes. In 1733 he is listed as part of a group - Jean Harris, Willeam Harris, Willeam Bottom, and Fillis owing 4 tithes. The other names are very much French names and my understanding is that this is the parish for the French of Manakin Towne.
Does anyone know more about this record - who is this William Bottom?
Thanks1
