Volume 2 was designed to correct some of the misinformation Almira discovered in her family connections. Almira wrote hundreds of letters in the 50-60's to try to "connect" the Bottoms' in the United States. She often connected incorrectly, and when folks began to read Vol 1 and had newer or more accurate information, she wanted to correct those errors.
It is primarily corrections on the data on James Madison Bottoms, and a number of unrelated Bottoms families to her side of the family.
What connections do you have to the Bottoms Family?
