Paschal H. Bottoms was my great-great grandfather. My brother, John N. Bottoms, has done a great deal of research into the family and found some things that might be of interest to you. I know that they migrated to Union County Tennessee and then my great grandfather migrated to Russelville, AK. My grandfather went to Oklahoma, OK and then to Amarillo, Texas where I live. My father's name is also Paschal Bottoms as was my grandfathers and his father.

My brother has a web page devoted to the family and lives in Lubbock, TX. His e-mail address is jbottoms@bcstexas.com. We have many relatives in southeastern Oklahoma and there is a reunion in the fall each year. The granddaughter of one of my great uncles lives in Bridgeport, Texas and John has her e-mail address. (My system crashed and I lost my address book - too bad I hadn't backed it up).

Sorry for the rambling, but I too am interested in the family history.
