Is this not the same John Bottom who filed a suit against John Davys in 1627? If not then who is that John Bottom?

Minuts of the Council and General court, 1622-1629
Court at James City, 28 January 1627
John Davys arrested at the suite of John Bottom for 5 barrels of ears of courn and to appear on 4th February.

Court James City, 8th February 1627
John Davys imprisoned at the suite of John Bottom for 3 barrels of ears.
