Does anyone know if George Boswell who dies about 1820 in Georgia is s son of Josias Boswell? His wife is Sarah (Johnson?)According to the 1790 Md census Josias has 4 males under 16. I can only account for 3 sons.There is also an Elijah Boswell in Ga same time frame as Josias.

Has anyone come across a connection between the Berry families of Maryland and the Boswells?
I have a clue as to the wife of Josias. There is a sale of some negroes by a George Causin of Charles Co Md to Josias Boswell and witnessed by an Eliza Boswell.This sale in 1790. (Liber K #4)I guess this could also be his sister. I have also seen posted that his wife was named Clara Smith. This from a will of Joshua Coomes Liber K #4 pg 367. It mentions a Clare Boswell.
Anyone have any thoughts on all of this?
