Searching for the names, places, and dates of birth for the parents of Frances (aka "Fannie") BOSWELL who was b. Probably ca. 1826 as she and her husband, Frederick (aka "Felton", aka, "Phelp") COATS, had two children, the first one b. 1847. Their children were:
1.
John Hillary COATS, b. Jan. 12, 1847, TN, d. Apr. 10. 1900, New Madrid Co. MO (m. to Anna Elizabeth Roe, b. Sept 4. 1854, Humbolt, TN; d. Oct. 24, 1937, Orange, CA).
2. Rosa Adeline COATS, b.Mar. 1, 1853, d. ca. 1940, TN.
Fannie BOSWELL's mother was Martha DACUS. Her father was ? (given name unknown) BOSWELL.
Fannie and her husband died in ARK during Yellow Fever epidemic and Nicholas BOSWELL of Tipton County, TN reared the two children, as he and his wife had no children of their own. The children always called him Uncle Nick, but it is not known for certain whether he was an uncle or a brother to Fannie BOSWELL.
