Boswells in MS, AL 1820's to now

Henry Boswell or Joseph Henry Boswell lived in Lauderdale Co. MS from the 1820's to the 1850's. Before 1860, he moved to Choctaw Co., AL. His parents are reported as Asa Boswell and Winnie Stinson. The problem is who are ASA BOSWELL's parents. His brother, sister and ASA were reportedly (source unknown) as adopted. Location unknown. ASA died or left his family about 1830 and I have heard of no other records of him. Does anyone out there have any information.
