Thanks for your quick response. I have done a minimal search in the Fairfax records and have not found anything on Peter. Did find a will index record for a Matthew Boswell. This was a Fairfax County will, Lib. O, p 166.
Regrettably, when I ordered the microfilm for this, ther film ended at page 165. Believe the will date was in the 18 teens or 1820's. Don't know if you have seen this will, but it might give some clue on Peter.
Seems to be quite a few people interested in the MD Boswells. Is there a gedcom file anywhere on this line? Regards,
