How many George Boswells are there???

I am a 8th generation descendant of George BOSWELL b. 1748 d. 1803. married 1787 Nancy TAYLOR b. 1767 d. 1816. He was the 4th sheriff of August County, Rockingham Virginia. Searching for his parents. George moved to Shelby County Kentucky on land grant for Revolutionary war service. I also have Eula Hasskarl's book "The Boswells of Shelby County Kentucky". Will share info.

Our George Boswell is from Chapter 2 in her book, apparently not related to the Chapter 1 Boswells recently discussed in this forum. Is there anyway to connect our George to the Maryland Boswells?
