I was bored at work and stumbled onto this site. I, too, am related to James Boswell and George Boswell. As you can see, I've carried the Taylor name also as does my son. Many years ago I found much info on these Boswell's. I'll try to find it and get it to whomever is interested. I, too, would be interested in any further info you have. I currently live in Fauquier county Virginia (close to both Orange county and Rockingham county) where this line of Boswell's came from. George was the first sheriff of Rockingham county. There is an old historical tavern near Charllotesville, VA called Boswells Tavern whose owners were related to both the Boswell's and Taylors (cousins I suppose). I believe I have info on George Taylor, I will try to find it. Problem is, I'm moving soon and everything is boxed up. May take a while, but I will bookmark this page and get back to you.
