Earl Edward Gregg passed away in Petaluma, Ca., May 5, 2004,
beloved husband of the late Mary Margaret Gregg. Loving father of Sandy Ritz and husband Wayne of Petaluma, Donna Baty-Walden and husband Fred of Santa Rosa and the late Linda Compton. Adored grandfather of Lisa Porter, Wayne Ritz, Debbie Januleski, Christopher Compton, Amy Compton, Chad Baty and Ed Compton. Beloved great grandfather of 13.
A native of Petaluma, California, Age 82 years. Mr Gregg was the son of the late Edward and POLLY Gregg. He was reared and educated in Petaluma and later serviced in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a plumber for over 50 years working in the North Bay area as well as being an instructor to apprentice plumbers for Union Local 38. Friends are invited to meet on Monday, May 10, 2004 at 1:15 p.m. at the Parent-Sorensen Mortuary & Crematory, Magnolia Ave. and Keokuk St. Petaluma, Ca., thence to St. Vincent de Paul Church where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00p.m. The Visitation will be held Sunday, May 9, 2004 at the mortuary from 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m., with the Vigil Service at 4:00p.m. Entombment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma. The family prefers memorials be made to Hospice of Petaluma, 416 Payran St., Petaluma, Ca. 94952.
