Russell,

No mystery about the 1851 and 1861 census records, by which I mean that they come from Stoke on Trent and Shelton respectively. The 1851 record is piece 2006, folio 226, and the 1861 record is piece 1935, folio 91.

I don't have much on Ralph's siblings, but this is it.

William, bapt 18/3/1792 @ Astbury
Thomas, bapt 30/3/1794 @ Astbury, died 17/1/1795, buried 20/1/1795 @ Swettenham
Daniel, bapt 27/9/1795 @ Astbury, married and had 8 children, in 1841, 1851 and 1861 census etc.
Sarah, born 15/9/1801, bapt 11/10/1801 @ Congleton Independent, buried 25/10/1801 @ Swettenham
Jonathan, born 12/2/1807, bapt 12/3/1807 @ Congleton, buried 17/3/1807 @ Swettenham
Joseph, born 4/1/1806, bapt 23/1/1806 @ Congleton Independent
James, born 4/5/1808, bapt 2/6/1808 @ Congleton Independent
