Hi Robert,
There certainly was an Eliza born in Stafford district in 4th quarter 1891, so that will be her, and she certainly married John G. Campbell at Stafford in 1st quarter 1916, but I know no more than that right now.
However, once the 1901 census site gets off the ground we should be able to home in on her, and hopefully find her living with her parents. I certainly know of a number of Stafford Bostock families where she might belong.
