during a family reunion in Peace Valley, Mo.
I'm a writer,too, though not as much as I'd like to be. I write a weekly opinion and humor column for a local weekly newspaper, and a news story once in a while, as well as the odd magazine article. My day job (actually swing shift from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m.) is radiography--industrial X-rays of steel castings, mostly medical implants, like artificial knees.
