Bosse Family in Prussia early 1800's

I'm looking for a Rosina Bosse who was married to a George Wieser or a name similar. There could be a possible name change involved. Their son William or Wilhelm Wieser was my great-great grandfather and he was born June 1, 1835. William emigrated to Canada alone in the early 1860's. It was thought that he changed his name to escape the Prussian Army. When he married in 1863 his parents were listed as Rosina Bosse and George Wieser. Any help would be appreciated to track down his parents and family.
