I am also descended from John Boss (5gg) and Ann Chamberlain/Chamberlin. My ancestor is Joseph Boss (sister to your Elizabeth) b. 7 Jun 1803, Andover, NJ; d.18 Jul 1847; m. Mary (Ackerman?) Abt 1830, NJ. There seems to be a dead end at John. There is a huge ancestry for Ann Chamberlin/Chamberlain to be found at the LDS Family History Centers in Ancestral File. Her father being William Chamberlin/Chamberlain (search both!).
