Mary Boss/Bost born late 1700's NC.

Looking for the parents of Mary Boss or Bost
born 1790-1793 in North Carolina possibly
Cabarrus or Lincoln counties.She married
Daniel Killian,date unknown.They lived in Tn.
Georgia and Alabama. Both died in Dekalb Co.
Alabama.She is listed as Mary in census but
my greatgrandfather said her name was Elizabeth. Polly is on her tombstone. Their
son John died in Texas and her name is given
as Mary M.Boss on his death certificate.
Any help appreciated.
