Yes, the name is Muslim indeed. Don’t know a lot about Bosnian Muslims genealogy but a few things are universal.

Since Terzić’s can be found all across Bosnia and are not necessarily related, what you need to do FIRST is tracing the exact place of origin of this Terzić family. Only after you do that you can proceed with the research. All Bosnian Muslims were Christian just a couple of centuries ago; some families know their pre-Muslim roots bit most have lost it. What is the case with this one, you can learn only after you go back to the town/village where they lived and start form there.
