HELP! Just getting started
Posted by: B. Mack (ID *****6527) Date: February 24, 2007 at 16:34:30

I am just getting started on the Bosnian side of my family, and I have no idea WHERE exactly to start. The farthest back I know is my family's from Taslica in the Sarajevo province, and that their name was "Aga" and "Talovic" before they migrated to Turkey in 1910 where they changed their name to Bukulmez. I have names of my Muslim great-grandparents, but only know the town they're from...no birthdates, no marriage dates, nothing. I would be so grateful if someone could push me in the right direction!!! Thank you!!!!!!
