The best online maps (especially for genealogy purposes) may be the 1910 Austrian Military maps, which you can find online at:

http://lazarus.elte.hu/hun/digkonyv/topo/3felmeres.htm

These maps show topography, buildings and churches... and even many villages which no longer exist.
