Leov --near Split on the Island of Brac

Near Split, I am told there is a grave stone with the surname Leov, on it. It is dated back from the 1700s and lays in a grave yard on an Island off the coast from Split, Dalmacija (Yugoslavia) The Island's name is Brac, and the the grave yard is near Milne. Can any one give me more information about this grave stone and the name Leov. Are there any Leov's still living in this area?
