Waclavichek family tree

I need help! My father's mother's maiden name is believed to be Waclavichek. Since my father is now deceased, my family & I are having great difficulties finding his family history. We found her name on his birth certificate, but aren't sure whether spellings have been changed after the immigration process. Before my father died, he mentioned that he had Hungarian blood. Other relatives, however, said that there is Russian ancestry in us. Does anyone know what nationality this surname is derived from? Somewhere either in Russia, Hungary, Bulgaria, etc. in east Europe. If you have a clue or know someone who shares this name with me, please let me know. This search has been exhausting & has taken several months - to come only to a dead end. Thanks for any help you could give me!

Sincerely,
Heather Sanders
