I think your grandmother may be my aunt Vickie. I last spoke to her when she was in Florida a few years ago and she gave me some info to focus my research, but I've made little progress. I traced the first recording of the the name, BOSI, to Castle Verrucola de' Bosi in Tuscany in the 11th Century. I hope to go there next spring.

I have not been able to trace our direct line beyond Giovanni Bosi (your grandmother's grandfather) who was born about 1850.
Does your grandmother have new info?
I'd really like to see the heraldic coats-of-arms.
