I am married to Charles F. Goode, Jr., grandson of Nettie Deakle (wife of Duke Richard Goode). I am researching the Deakle family line. I see records showing Nettie's father as Joseph Deakle(married to Victoria Bosarge). Are the other six daughters of Joseph and Victoria listed anywhere in your book/research? Was Joseph Deakle's father named Andrew Deakle? Did the Deakle name evolve from Dekle?
