Am looking for the parents of Issac Borum and any of his siblings. The earliest date I have for him is his marriage to Catherine Scotia, Scottie Keller (c1808-1May1875) is application 8May1828 in Shenandoah Co VA. I am descended from his son Richard Henry who died in Berklely Co now WV.
