Madtes wife's name was Mildred, and was aged 19 in the 1910 census. She was born in PA, and her parents were born in Ohio, according to this census. When they were enumerated in the census on 4/18/1910 in Sharpsville, PA, Madtes and Mildred had been married for 3 months. Madtes occupation is listed as laborer.
According to the 1870 census, the youngest son of Philip and Esther Bortner was Jacob A. Bortner, aged 9 years. I believe that this may be Archibald, if Archibald's parents really were Philip and Esther.
