You can find the James Borthwick genealogy at the Borthwick/Borthick web page here on Family Tree Maker. As I explain at the site, I logged in the information from the book as an aid to researching my family Borthick. It is only the descendants of James Borthwick and Margaret Byres, and just lists the usual birth, marriage, death, etc., nothing else from the book is included. My family, John Borthwick is separate and also on the site. I would enjoy hearing from anyone to add updates as the book was published in the 1930's.
