All we know is that Wilhelm came to USA from Germany to Chicago. Married Albertina Nanette Herrman (sp) in Chicago on May 23, 1886. He was 27 yrs old and she was 26.They had 4 children: William, Louise, Caroline (or Leone) and Fred. Fred was my husband Ray's father. Ray was raised in St Paul, Mn. I remember one of his aunts mentioning Guttenburg (sp), Germany.
