Walter Boring and Mattie Mullins did have a son as well as a daughter. All I know about the son is that his name was Jesse (names for his uncle - Dr. Jesse Boring - a famous Methodist preacher), but they called his "Jack". Elizabeth spent her life as a court reporter and married a Mr. Riddlespurger. My paternal grandfather was George W. Boring, Walter's brother. I have a dialogue that was recorded by Maude Boring Handorff, their sister, many years ago, when she was 92 yrs. old. If you would like additional info please free to e-mail me anytime.
