I have not posted to the "BOREN" family but am listed on
#136 of the BOREN messages under a foot note. Bob VanDyne
I am also a decendent of John STANDLEE [1800-1878] late of
Carroll Co,AR & Susannah (BOREN?). After many yrs looking
as you all have her last name and parents are still an
"iffy".
I have looked into the Bazel/Baisel BOREN family that was
of Tenn. & went to southern Illinois, as did the STANDLEE
family of Onesyphrous [between 1810 & 1830].
Bazel BOREN bc1758 NC died 1812 in Johnson Co,IL other
message boards say md. to Susannah BRYANT c1762-1836 d/o
Morgan BRYANT & Mary FURBUSH. Bazel Boren's parents maybe
Joseph Boren [c1730-c1797] & unknown.

Onesyphrous was in Wayne Co,MO in 1830 near the Thompsons
& the Borens before moving to Caroll Co,AR.
As for Onesyphrous' wife Mary, I have seen both Stratton
& Bryan[t] used & in combinations. I do not know of her
maiden name. Nor do I know of Onesyphrous's parents.
