Betty Seaton Boreman, b. 22 June 1799 in Waynesburg, now Greene Co. PA, married John Smith, Jr. in Waynesburg. Betty was the aunt of Arthur Ingram Boreman, 1st Gov. of WV. She was the daughter of John Boreman, b. abt 1745 in Manchester, England (served in Rev. War as Paymaster at Ft. Pitt), and his wife, Sarah Kenner Boreman. Is anyone researching Boreman's in England?
