Marya is my direct. After her first husband (A. S., my direct) died in 1736, she married Thomas Palmer on Aug. 9, 1737 at the Christ Church in Philadelphia, PA. Thomas Palmer died between 1747-49. Marya had six children, and all from A. S. They were:
Justina (born ca. 1706; m. James Warren ca. 1721, had two children, she d. fall of 1731 from smallpox).
Andrew (ca. 1705-10 in Berks Co., PA., m. (Catherine?, 7 children), he was killed by Indians in Virginia in 1769); Andrew is my direct. His offspring: Emmanuel (b. 1746), Antony (b. 1747) (my direct), James (b. 1748), Johnathan (b. 1748), Samuel (b. 1749), Jacob (b. 1750), and Hannah (b. 1757).
Ann (or Anna ) who married Increase Miller in 1733 and had 11 children.
Sofia (or Sophia) married William Darling (Revolutionary); could have been her second marriage; first to a Johnson.
Jacob (who died before 1736).
There is a sixth, but no record of that person has been recovered (yet).
Marya was Dutch, by the way. She died in Fredrick Co., in Virginia, as you know.
Antoni/Anthony Sandowski/Sandusky/Sadowski, Marya's first husband (my direct) was born in Gostyn, Poland ca. 1668-1669. He was captured by the Swedes during a war, but he escaped. He fled to America. He was a fur trader and worked as a interpreter for the Provincial gov. to the Indians. He spoke seven languages. He died April 22, 1736 in Berks Co., PA., and he was buried in St. Gabrial's Episcopal Church Graveyard, Douglasville, PA.
