Thank you so much for the information. I'm guessing you misprinted John Bodders/Borders birth date as 1830. Should that have been 1730?? As you have his son Peter Bordes born in 1756? Would you please clarify for me? I did not have any record of Mayme Borders and thought there were only 2 children from that marriage. Do you have a birth date for Mayme Borders?
I have George W. Borders 1865 married to Effie S. Steenbergen (Your spelling Steenbergin); then Effie married a second time to James Hayden Bishop b 1857. So I am supposing since you have George married a second time also that George & Effie divorced. I had thought maybe George died and then Effie remarried.
I have decendents of Bertha E.Borders Bishop who was married to Hamilton Crab Doolin, if you are interested.
