No parentage information is given for John. There is no section in the table of contents for this line, and the way the index is set up, if this line is addressed somewhere in the book, the index doesn't say so. Your Hezekiah is indexed as follows: b. 1791 VA, m1. Fannie DAVIS, m2. Jemima Ellen AUXIER, ref. 1850 Lawrence Co, KY. Does this look like your family? I would recommend contacting the author, as he may have further data that is not in the book.
