I am from Saint-Tite, Quebec, Canada where there is a lot of Bordeleau's family. For those who have seen "Les Filles de Caleb" a french Canadian TV series relating stories about Emilie Bordeleau at the beginning of the 20th century, I come from the small town where the storie is happening.

I do know that I have some ancestor that went to work in USA but not sure when and where.
