BORAM/BOREM/BORUM – Death in Lake County, Indiana – icehouse collapse

My name is Myron Ropp and I am a researcher.
My great grandmother is Emma F. Borem Ropp (who married James Harrison Ropp in 1878)
(they both came through Champaign County, Ohio to Hammond, Lake County, Indiana)

Emma’s father was Tillman James or James Tillman Borem (who married Sarah Sheffer)
Their marriage was issued in Champaign County, Ohio in 1861

TJ or JT Borem’s father and mother are John Borem (born in Maryland) and Sarah Pierce (born in Pennsylvania)

Researching this family line .. I have seen the name spelled many ways
BORAM/BOREHAM/BOARMAN/BORUM and etc…

I am attempting to find the death records of my great grandmother Emma F. Borem Ropp … she was married to James H. Ropp (who was killed 1890). She (sometime after 1893) was also killed, in the collapse of an icehouse (suffocating her). This was to have taken place in or near Hammond, Indiana. After the death of James Ropp, she had reportedly remarried (but I cannot find out to whom).
If there is anyone .. who has an Emma Ropp listed within their histories .. I would be very interested in corresponding with them .. regarding her or any other Emma Ropp's (in order to separate possibilities) … thank you !
