Donna, I live near Pgh., PA. and have been researching my GR Grandmothers side for awhile now. Her name was Elizabeth Bopp, her fathers name John Bopp. She was b.12-8-1842 d.6-5-1915, married John Schramm, had son Lawrence and the three of them came from Stafelstein Bavaria to the US. Bet. 1868-1870. Had many more children and lived all the lives in Pgh., PA. and are buried in Pgh.
I know Elizabeth had a sister (name unk.), who had a daughter by the name of Lerlene. I do believe there were other members of this Bopp family in Pgh. with them, who may have accompanied them here from Bavaria. Would love to make a connection with a Bopp relative and know more about this Bopp family. I have much info on Elizabeth's children and am willing to share info. Nancy B. Stiffler
