Looking for information about a Lewis (Ludwig) Bopp who was born on February 7, 1812 and died on December 29, 1870. Another source from a tombstone reading off the internet in Clinton Co. Illinois says his birth date is January 7th instead of Feb. I believe him to be buried at Looking Glass Township Cemetery in Clinton Co. Illinois, southeast of New Memphis, Illinois. He married a Catharine Seitz or Feitz or Fries. It's german, so not for sure. She was born on December 6, 1813 and died on January 6, 1887. She is buried in Sandoval, Illinois. Looking for possible brothers of Lewis Bopp. I believe they came to America from 1837 to 1839; becasue the first son is born in 1836 in Germany, but the second son is born in 1839 in Missouri. Possibly in Perry County. There children were Henry, Jacob, Margaret, Charles, and Lisette. Looking for any information. Thanks
