New Info on Sarah BOOTY - 1700's NC

I found a list of Tithables in Hyde Co., 1744 with Nickless Booty, Simon Fosque, Jr., John Sanderson, John Silverthorn, and Roger Mason, Jr., on it. Nicholas Booty was witness to Gilbert Silverthorn in Hyde Co. 1737 along with Roger Mason.

Sarah Sanderson, d/o Benjamin Sanderson, MAY have m.1 Benjamin Brockett, m.2 Simon Foscue and COULD also have been the wife of Peter Booty (m.3). A Richard & Benjamin Foscue were witnesses in one of her deeds. FORTISCUE is also another spelling of that name.

Lewis Bynum was listed with Sarah's son Nicholas Booty and George Kellum in 1798 Craven Co., NC, as bondsmen for admin. bond. Another clue that Lewis Bynum may be an in-law is, he married a Fanny Forcue. Could this be a daughter of Sarah???

I do not know of any other children for Sarah & Peter Booty.

Other names found in the documents were:
John Warden
William Ives
W. M:Clure
David Venters
James Smith
William Jones
John Edge Tomlinson
John Sears
Stephen Hersogg
Wm. Foster
John Parkinson
John Knits

I welcome any corrections/additions/changes to my findings
