Hi,how you doin,my name is Darryl Boots and my father and myself have been researching our family history in Kent and Sussex for two years now and have amassed a lot of imformation about the sussex and some of the kent boots'(Bootes').I would be more than happy to share the imformation i have with you,however contrary to popular belief we have discovered that the Thomas Boots born in Newenden(Brother to your william)did not in fact go to Australia,As he is Living in Northiam in Sussex,just over the border in 1841.This Thomas from Newenden is my GreatX4 Grandfather.I think there is some confusion as to this matter of your William's brother,our Thomas.The family line listed on this website says that the Thomas born in Newenden,who married in High Halden,Kent,went to Australia.There was in fact another Thomas Boots born IN High Halden and it is he who went to Australia and not the Thomas born in Newenden.
Anyway if there is anything you wish to know about William b,Newenden then do not hesitate to get in touch.
