James W. Boothe born abt 1799 in TN married Jane Watt in Tuscaloosa, AL 5/30/1826. From AL they moved to MS (having 11 children with births in both AL and MS) and James died in MS about 1859. Wife, Jane aka Jeanette Booth ended up in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana with her sons William C and Joseph C Boothe (the boys arriving in LA between 1863-65). James W. Booth was my great, great grandfather and I would like to fine his lineage in Tennessee. Nine out of eleven of James's children did not move to LA. As far as I know the other nine children stayed in MS and I would like connections with them also. email: reejonjon@hotmail.com
