I am seeking information on John Boothe who married Lucretia Davis in Mecklinburg Co., VA in 1814. John was 18 and Lucretia was 16. John Allen performed the ceremony and Lucretia's brother Hugh Davis went bond. Lucretia possible the daughter of Eleanor Barry Davis. John possibly the son of Nathaniel Boothe. Lucretia died in Smyth Co., VA and John Boothe died in Russell Co., VA August 17, 1877.
