Hi James;
I am researching Boothbys from Iowa and Ill. Christopher Boothby lived in clinton County, Iowa. His sister, Faith, married William Kitchen. Kitchen is my husband's maternal line. Faith had two brothers who came to America with them in the 1850's; their names were John Martin and Robert Boothby. Are you descended from any of these Boothby's? My husband was born in Calamus, Iowa. The Kitchens/Fatchetts/Boothbys came from Lincolnshire, England. I have been trying to trace their history there to find out their specific birthplace. Please e-mail me re: if your have a connection to these Boothbys. Phyllis Dearborn
