Your Caleb and David Booth are my direct line ancestors. I descend from Caleb's son, Caleb Jr. and his son Alfred.

"In Pursuance of a warrant from the Proprietor's office bearing date of the eleventh day of February of 1761, I have surveyed for David Booth two hundred and twenty one acres of land in Frederick County on Mill Creek and Bounded as Follows: Beginning at an ash & Elm saplings on the bank of said Creek Corner to Elizabeth Sybourn at Morris Reece's line. Thence with Sybourn's line S47E 42 poles, S57E70 poles to two white oaks on the Branch of the Creek, thence N15E 210 poles to two white Oaks, the said Sybourn's corner extending thence N59E 68 poles to a Walnut at William Cochrain lines thence S3' 30"E 212 poles to two Black oaks, thence N 57E 42 poles to two White Oaks in Cochrain's line, thence S25E 24 poles to two White Oaks corner to James Crabtree, thence with his line S39W, 142 poles between a Black Oak and two White Oaks, thence S78W, 124 poles to a large forked Spanish Oak upon the bank of Mill Creek corner to Crabtree & Thomas Demoss late survey, thence S88W, 50 poles to a Walnut and Black Oak saplings at Morris Reece's line and thence with the same N7W (this must be E for the plot to close), 161 poles to the Beginning.
