Johann Michal Boor/Bohr Bunch Update

Hello:
Still must suggest caution when trying to straighten out all of the Boors, line of descent, children, etc, for Johann Michal Boor, - - - as per suggestion of 11 Mar 2003 #113, this forum.
It is not "trouble" after coming to America, but in attempting to identify each and everyone back in Germany.
Many of the church records, etc., still exist, and many have been "americanized" by more than one author, or translator, but in all the same "problems" still exist. One of the biggest mix-ups is the finding of possible siblings of Johann Michal Boor, and listings. We know that often German parents would name a second child the same name as one already deceased, but when these would be experts name them the same before, by many years, the death of the first same named offspring, then "we" are in trouble. Not me, being quite dumb, as I still like to see my genealogical math come out as 2 + 2 = 4, - - - not 3, or 5.
Another puzzle, I am still not fully convinced we have the correct maiden, surname, for Johann Michal Boors wife.
Maybe, someone else already has the correct answers?
Take care. Regards, An OLD Boor, Dick
