Captain Hawkins Boone, PA, Rev War Era

I'm hoping to connect with someone researching the Captain. I am looking for his parents.

He appears from nowhere in 1770 in central PA, the Susquehanna River Valley area. He is killed on 7/28/1779 at the Battle of Fort Freeland. He had three sisters, Anne, Elizabeth and Susan and, possibly, a brother Samuel. He apparently had two wives, both named Jane, and two daughters, Deborah and ?. Deborah is said to have married a John Dougherty. He was a surveyor by trade.

Please contact me directly by email. I have posted to so many forums I can't keep track of them all! Thanks, Larry
