I'm interested in any information about the parents, siblings, etc. of Josiah BOON/BOONE, b. c1809 in North Carolina (according to the 1880 Obion Co. TN Census). Census info is as follows:

Josiah BOON 71 NC NC NC Farmer
Jane Wife 48 TN TN TN
John Son 26 TN NC TN
Dora DAu 16 TN NC TN
Anne L. Dau 15 TN NC TN
William O. Son 13 TN NC TN
Luna M. Dau 11 TN NC TN
Margaret Dau 8 TN NC TN

I've been searching for the parents of my gg grandfather, John T. BOON/BOONE, b. c1820 NC,living in Weakley Co. by 1842, for the past 8 years with no luck. He disappeared from census between 1860 and 1870, and his wife appeared as head of household in the 1870 Obion Co. TN Census. I recently came across Josiah BOON/BOONE's census and am interested in knowing if there might be a connection to my BOON/BOONE line. It's possible that this Josiah may be connected to the Gibson Co., TN BOONs. I've tried to research many of the BOON/BOONEs in Weakley Co., Obion Co., Gibson Co., Dyer Co., and even a few in Madison Co., in the 1840 - early 1900's time frame but, so far, can't connect any of them with any certainty to my John T. BOON/BOONE.
I'd appreciate any information or input. Thanks.
Brenda
