Daniel Boone and Culpeper VA

I have several reports that Daniel Boone was living in Culpeper VA around 1759. This was a few years after Braddocks defeat at Pittsburgh in July 1755. I understand Benjamin Franklin appointed Daniel Boone to ferry or post supplies to Pittsburgh for that operation. Gov Alexander Spotswood appointed Ben Franklin as Postmaster General.

Gov Alexander Spotswood's family also lived in Culpeper about the same time. Culpeper VA is a town with less then 200 people total in 1755 to 1760.

Gen Robert E Lee is a descendent of Gov Alexander Spotswood. In his writings, he says his gggrandfather Gov Alexander Spotswood married Ann Butler Bryan spelled Bryan vs todays spelling Brayan. I noticed Rebecca Bryan, Daniel Boones wife has the same last name spelled Bryan as Robert E Lee spells it. I am wondering if there is a possible connection.

Gov Alexander Spotswood family is married into the Washingtons of George Washington and Dandridges of George Washinton's wife Martha Dandridge.

Robert E Lee married Marry Custis who is Martha Washington's granddaughter by her first marriage. George Washington was her second husband.

George Washington is at Braddocks defeat at Pittsburgh in 1755.

I am just trying to follow this family trail.
