I too am related to Daniel Boone. My mother's father, Louis Boone Brinlee's mother was Diza Caroline Boone. Her father was Alonzo Havington Boone. His father was Daniel Morgan Boone son of Daniel Boone.
Grandpa Louis Brinlee's father, Hiram Carroll Brinlee Jr. married Diza on April 15, 1863. Diza was born on January 1, 1845. She died December 19, 1885 at the age of 40 years. She died when Louis Boone Brinlee was 2. Diza is buried in Sherman, Texas, Akers Cemetery, Grayson County. In checking on the Internet several Brinlees that are brothers to Louis Boone are buried there.
I also was wondering where Pat Boone's relatives fit into this. Of which side of the Boone's is his ancestors?
