Here is what I have listed in my Edward Boone book which does not have a lot of detail on the Elledge family: Charity Elledge, born 4 May 1794 in Kentucky. She married Jesse Bryan Scholl 1 September 1818 in Bath County, Kentucky. He was born 30 November 1797 in Kentucky. Charity died 6 October 1878 in Scott County, Illinois. Jesse Bryan Scholl died 6 February 1859 in Scott County, Illinois. Perhaps Charity married Thomas Allen after Jesse Scholl's death but I have no information. If so, the marriage should be listed in the Illinois marriage records which are online. Sorry I cannot help further. Notify Administrator about this message?
